Paladin Pest Control Special Pricing

The vast majority of pest treatments are covered by our quarterly service.
However, if you need a comprehensive service, we have transparent pricing for our specialty services too.

COMPREHENSIVE COCKROACH TREATMENT

(3 Visits)
This is a comprehensive, three appointment treatment designed to completely eradicate cockroach infestations. This treatment is far beyond our quarterly coverage and is needed when infestation is profound.

Regular Customers:
$150 for kitchen and $50 for each additional room.

Non-customers:
$350 for the kitchen and $50 for each additional room.

MOSQUITO TREATMENT

(8 Month Service)
Mosquito treatment involves a series of 8 monthly services ranging from March through October.
After a thorough inspection, larvicides are applied to water bodies that cannot be drained. Foggers or misters are used monthly to apply insecticides around the home where mosquitoes rest during the day.

Customers: $69 / month.

Non-customer: $89 / month.

Regular Customers Special:
This treatment includes 8 services, but you are only billed for six of them.  You get the last two months for free.

RODENT PREVENTION

(ongoing monthly service)
This is a monthly service to keep your property rodent free.
It involves a multi-step process. First we conducted an through investigation to identify the rodents’ active areas and paths. Second, we select appropriate baits based on the pathways.
Finally, baits are checked regularly, rodents removed, and boxes rebaited.

Regular Customers:
$25 per month, per box. Get $15 per box after the fifth box.

Non-customers:
$25 per month, per box. Get $15 per box after the fifth box.

FLEA AND TICK TREATMENT

(2 visits)
Initially, we inspect the property to identify infested areas and understand the extent of the infestation. Following the inspection we apply insecticides designed to eliminate adult fleas and ticks, as well as their larvae and eggs.
These treatments can be applied indoors and outdoors, focusing particularly on the areas where pets spend most of their time.

Regular Customers:
$150 for customers (includes free inside home treatment).

Non-customers:
$250 for non-customers (plus $50 extra for inside home treatment).

CARPENTER ANTS

(2 visits)
We tackle carpenter ant infestations through a targeted approach that begins with a thorough inspection of the property to locate the nests and determine the extent of the infestation.
After identifying the nests, we use insecticides or apply dusts and baits in strategic locations. These treatments are designed to reach the queen ant and the colony to effectively eliminate the entire nest.
We may also treat the perimeter of the home with a liquid barrier to prevent ants from entering.

Regular Customers:
$150 for customers.

Non-customers:
$250 for non-customers.
